1. What’s your real name and DJ Name?
Steven Craig & MrSee

2. How did you get into DJing?
I purchased a set of Technic 1210s & a soundlab mixer , started collecting vinyl and from that i was hooked lol

3. What inspired you to become a DJ?
Ive been a clubber since the age of 16 and always loved how DJs worked the crowd and thought id like to do that one day haha.

4. What do you enjoy most about DJing?
I love searching for brand new music but also looking for that classic jam , playing them out and just watching the crowds reaction….no better feeling!

5. How would you describe your music style and what makes it unique?
Underground house wether its deep house , tech house , jackin house it just has to have that underground no film flam sound.

6. What has been your favorite gig or event to play at so far?
My favourite gig has to be back in 2014 over in Plymouth UK for the Vivify guys warming up for one of my fav DJs/producers Phil Weeks.

7. Who are some of your biggest musical influences?
Tuff question this as quite a few DJs come to mind but if i have to choose im going with DJ Sneak , Phil Weeks , Derrick Carter and i do love a few french house DJs/producers like Joss Moog and Chris Carrier etc.

8. Can you tell us about any upcoming projects or releases you have coming up?
I have a new track coming out Feb/Mar 2023 on Hive Label and i also have another E.P on Robsoul Recordings later in the year. Watch this space for another good year with releases/remixes!!

9. How do you stay up to date with new music and trends in the industry?
Im forever searching for old and new tracks on various download sites like traxsource and Beatport etc either via the artist , label or genre.

10. What advice do you have for aspiring DJs?
Be yourself , have your own style and don’t let anyone change that 🙂

11. How do you think the role of a DJ has changed over the years?
Digital era has changed a lot of things with regards the role of a DJ as most tracks now can be found a lot easier than back in the day. Regarding the equipment that also is a lot easier to use than turntables lol.

12. How long have you been streaming on Twitch?
Almost 3 years 

13. Who are your favorite Streamers and why?
Chris Simmonds , Ric Viera and Rory Northall. All 3 have something in common , great tune selections , superb mixing and a dope chatroom!

14. Did covid and recent lock-downs influence you to start streaming on Twitch?
100%
